NEO Retail Solutions founders have more than 25 years’ experience in bringing automated retail solutions to market. Our passion and admiration for great design drives our pursuit of excellence.
Years of Innovation
The genesis of NEO began in 1992 with Swiss designed and South African manufactured trophies for Formula One and Porsche Super Cup as well as numerous high-profile corporates & organisations around the globe. Our trophies have been held high by the likes of Michael Schumacher, Damon Hill and the late Ayrton Senna, as well as found in the United Nations (New York), McLaren (UK) and Ferrari (Italy) amongst others. These relationships were built on a reputation for world-class service, craftmanship and design.
Elevating the offering, the founding members entered into automation and technology and launched the first automated product dispensers for forecourts in South Africa. This was done for British American Tobacco SA.
Automated units exported to South Korea, Switzerland, Germany, Italy and Cyprus for the retail sector. The company project managed pilots, installations and training in all foreign markets, with a South African lead Training Team.
Expansion continued into Europe, increasing FMCG and HORECA sales and reducing stock-outs and theft.
Cashless iBlue Vending is deployed across New Zealand. Cloud-based stock control reduces operating costs by 60%.
In a world first, the iBlue Vault is installed into a Super Spar in Johannesburg. The site sees gross margin increasing & buffer stock reducing.
The Vending solution offers cloud based pricing updates, displays the product and is bank integrated to offer Debit Card transactions. More units are installed in Italy, Germany and South Korea.
Retail Automation can now be accessed via the POS, selected Pick n Pay stores are the first to adopt the solution.
The first automated solution that restores entire categories such as infant formula, medication and personal care to the shelf is introduced.
